• Grave Maintenance - Supports tracking of grave plots (Single, double, triple graves, graves in a row, family plots, private mausoleum, etc), interments, organizations, and interment side service scheduling.
• Care - Supports Annual Care Contracts (Seasonal Care) and Perpetual Care Contracts (Endowed Care). Generates solicitation for Seasonal Care accounts, tracks endowments and interests for Endowment Care accounts, and keeps track of complaints.
• Work Order - Supports flexible pricing for services, tracks both routine clean/trim work and any types of additional work, and generates inspections and estimates.
• Mapping - Supports maps generation to allow clients outside the cemetery to find their beloved ones.
• Land Sale - Tracks ownership records, generates proxies for eligible owners, provides CRM (Client Relationship Management) capability, and indicates available land on maps as well as public mausoleum sales .
• Cash Receipt - Links to all other parts of the system. Payments can kick-off actions in other system function modules.
